Fans theorize that those on board were Catarina Devon and Laffitte. Because the two weren't involved on Winner Island against Law, nor were they on Hachinosu when part of the Titanic Captain confronted Garp and SWORD. What else could Catarina Devon do if she was in Egghead? This is my theory!
1. Disguising himself as a Marine or Saturn to trick York
One possibility I can think of Devon doing is impersonating a Saturn or Marine officer to trick York.
If he tricked York into getting him access to Punk Records, Devon could gain valuable info and technology that might help the Blackbeard Pirates hunt down One Piece.
2. Disguised as Bonney
If Devon tries to disguise himself as the Straw Hat Pirates, then he tries to blend in with them, his cover could be blown quickly. I think the Straw Hat Pirates are very understanding of each other's
movements, and Devon won't be able to trick them.But what about Bonney? The Straw Hat Pirates don't really know him yet, since they haven't met him in a while.
Bonney also came without a crew, so it's possible that no one realized that Bonney had been replaced. What's interesting is that in chapter 1090, Luffy feels Bonney's attitude has changed compared to before. 3. Disguised as a member of the Marines to try to attack his officers
The Blackbeard Pirates are collecting Devil Fruits. It would be interesting if they could get strong Devil Fruits, for example the Pika Pika no Mi from Kizaru.
I am thinking of a scenario where Kizaru might get hurt by Luffy, then he is paralyzed by Devon so that Blackbeard can take his Devil Fruit.
