Kuchiyose is a summoning technique that can summon certain creatures or inanimate objects from other places in the Naruto world.
Technically, anyone who is summoned and moves from A to B falls into the Kuchiyose (summoned/appeared) category.
Of the many Kuchiyose, there are several types that we can separate, what are the types?
1. Frog
The most popular Kuchiyose in Naruto is definitely the frog from Mount Myoboku.
There are lots of frog Kuchiyose in this series such as Gamabunta, Gamakichi, and many others. Because Naruto Kuchiyose is a frog, this type of creature is shown more often.
2. Snake
Apart from frogs, the popular Kuchiyose in Naruto is also a snake from the Ryuchi cave.
Snakes like Manda, Aoda, Garaga, and many others, including the usual snakes used by Orochimaru, Mitsuki, or Anko.
3. Snail
Katsuyu is a Kuchiyose snail that comes from the Shikkotsu forest and is affiliated with Tsunade and Sakura.
So far the only known Kuchiyose snail is Katsuyu.
4. Apes
There are several monkeys who can become Kuchiyose, for example Enma who becomes Kuchiyose Hiruzen and Enra who becomes Kuchiyose Konohamaru. What's unique about Sarutobi is that the word "Saru" means monkey, so their Kuchiyose fits perfectly.
Enma can become a stick-shaped and elongated weapon, one of Hiruzen's mainstays.
5. Ninja dog
Ninja dogs are a type of dog that is trained in such a way that it can do activities and fight to help ninjas.
Pakkun and Kakashi's other ninja dogs are typical Kuchiyose. Actually, Akamaru is a ninja dog but not Kuchiyose.
6. Crow
The crow is one of the important elements in Itachi's Genjutsu. Not only that, some of the crows are not just illusions but real crows that can be summoned as Kuchiyose.
7. Eagle
Sasuke also has another Kuchiyose besides snakes, namely a giant eagle named Garuda.
8. Insects
The Aburame clan usually makes their bodies as nests for insects, so they don't need to become Kuchiyose.
However, there are some cases such as special insects or giant insects that must be called Kuchiyose.
Kyodaigumo or Kidomaru giant spider also falls into this category.
9. Raw
Baku is a giant tapir-like monster that, like its mythology, absorbs dreams.
This Kuchiyose belongs to Danzo and its power can absorb anything in front of it.
10. Ninja turtles
Like ninja dogs, there is also a ninja turtle who is called Ningame (meaning ninja turtle) and becomes Kuchiyose Might Guy.
11. Salamanders
There are also aquatic animals such as salamanders that can be used as Kuchiyose, Ibuse is one of them and its poison is its characteristic.
12. Kamatari
Kamatari is the name of Temari's Kuchiyose, a white ninja mink who carries a scythe and can move quickly with Temari's wind. When it moves, it cannot be seen by the human eye because it is so fast.
13. Shells
The Second Mizukage had a Kuchiyose shell that helped him use the mirage Genjutsu illusion.
14. Nue
From the Anbu Root project, they created a yokai named Nue who would later become Sumire's Kuchiyose partner.
15. Doc
Doki are three monsters that Tayuya conjures with her flute. The three monsters have their eyes, ears and mouths closed, symbolizing the three wise monkeys. They move and attack targets according to the sound of Tayuya's flute.
16. Rashomon
Rashomon is Orochimaru's best defense technique, where he summons one or more gates with Oni faces originating from stories in Kyoto, Japan.
17. Iron Maiden
Iron Maiden is a Kuchiyose who summons a giant cat display that is usually used to summon hockey. The user is Ibiki Morino, and this Kuchiyose will imprison the target and take him underground.
18. Bijuu
A Bijuu can also be used as a summoning object for the Kuchiyose if it has been marked or contracted. Kurama was marked as Kuchiyose by Madara and Obito.
19. Shinigami
Maybe you will be annoyed, why is Shinigami on the Kuchiyose list? Don't forget that Kuchiyose means "summoning technique".
Shinigami is an entity that is "summoned", only then can the sealing technique, namely Shiki Fujin or Hakke Fuin, be used.
So Shinigami is an object that is summoned to use the seal technique, but Shiki Fujin or Hakke Fuin is the seal technique.
20. Original natural elements
Who says Kuchiyose can only summon animals and must contract? You are wrong, original natural elements that exist in nature can also be "summoned" and made into Kuchiyose.
For example, when Kashin Koji used Kuchiyose to summon fire from the Flaming Mountain. Because this is real fire, a genuine natural element, it cannot be absorbed by chakra-absorbing techniques.
21. Ninja weapons
Maybe you are more familiar with Funyu no Jutsu, which is a technique where ninja weapons are sealed or inserted into rolled paper, which can be removed when the scroll is opened or under certain conditions.
Funyu no Jutsu is not Kuchiyose, because the weapon is in the scroll. However, there is a method in which ninja weapons become Kuchiyose, namely "summoned" from another location.
Confirmed in the Sha no Sho Databook, Sasuke's technique of summoning various ninja weapons on his wrist symbol is Kuchiyose: Raikou Kenka, one example of a type of weapon as Kuchiyose.
22. Rinnegan Beast
Pain Chikushodo aka Animal Path is one of the six Rinnegan powers, where this technique can summon super strong giant animals with Rinnegan eyes.
23. Gedo Mazo
Gedo Mazo is the shell of the giant Ten Tails and can be used as a weapon. With Kuchiyose, Gedo Mazo can be summoned and can even join in the fight.
24. Edo Tensei
Edo Tensei itself is not a Kuchiyose technique, but a resurrected living corpse, it could be a Kuchiyose object.
When a dead person has been revived, let's say he is kept in location A, then the living corpse is called to location B to be activated, then the process is called Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei.
25. Human
Humans are also the object of Kuchiyose, once again Kuchiyose is a summoning technique from one location to another, humans can also be the object.
It's easiest when a human makes a Kuchiyose contract with an animal, then not only can the human summon the animal, but the animal can also summon the human.
Those are the various types of objects that could become Kuchiyose in the Naruto and Boruto series, have you missed anything? Write in the comments column, OK?
